[Geometric Approach to Phylogeographic Analysis Molecular Genetic Sequences: Principal Components and Dendrograms].

Currently, the search for manifestations of selection under the influence of the environment in molecular sequences is usually carried out within closely related species or at the intraspecific level. It is believed that at high taxonomic levels this is unpromising due to phylogenetic relationship. Cytochrome b amino acid sequences of 67 rodent and lagomorph species with known geographic coordinates were digitized using the AAindex database.

Review of Psychophysiological and Psychotherapeutic Studies of Stress Using Virtual Reality Technologies.

This review addresses the use of virtual reality technologies in the psychophysiology and psychotherapy of stress. Studies using virtual reality both to introduce subjects into a state of stress and to help reduce stress reactions are reviewed. Methods developed for treating patients suffering from stress-related disorders (in particular, PTSD and phobias) are described.

Impact of Induced Moods, Sensation Seeking, and Emotional Contagion on Economic Decisions Under Risk.

In addition to probabilities of monetary gains and losses, personality traits, socio-economic factors, and specific contexts such as emotions and framing influence financial risk taking. Here, we investigated the effects of joyful, neutral, and sad mood states on participants' risk-taking behaviour in a simple task with safe and risky options. We also analysed the effect of framing on risk taking.

[HYGIENIC SUBSTANTIATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF POLYGUANIDINES AS ANTIMICROBIAL PROPHYLACTIC MEANS OF THE INNOVATIVE CLASS].

In the article there are presented data of the system analysis of hygienic properties of polyguanidines (PAG) as an innovative class of domestic microbicidal chemical long-acting compounds synthesized in the domestic scientific institution--Institute ofenvironmental and technological problems, and also delivered on their base new disinfectants. Submitted proceedings of microbiological studies indicate to the antimicrobial action of PA G against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, viruses, dermatophytes, yeasts, fungi, including pathogens, as well infectious agent of swine and legionellosis. The data of toxicological studies of PAG and a number of derivative disinfectants justify their hygienic safety in dependence on the chemical nature of the used anion (A), the composition and structure of the polymer chain and also the content of residual monomers.
