Background: Dental biofilm is traditionally identified visually, which can be challenging and time-consuming due to its color similarity with the tooth. The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of U-Net neural networks for the automatic detection of dental biofilm without disclosing agents on intraoral photographs of deciduous and permanent teeth using an ensemble strategy.
Material And Methods: This retrospective exploratory study was conducted on two datasets of intraoral images obtained from deciduous and permanent dentitions.
A 40-year-old woman with symptomatic advanced atrioventricular (AV) block underwent cardioneuroablation (CNA) for the treatment of functional bradyarrhythmia, following the exclusion of reversible causes and intrinsic disease of the conduction system. Selective ablation of ganglia related to the AV node, performed exclusively in the left atrium, restored AV conduction, which has remained unchanged with 2 years of follow-up. CNA is a viable and effective option with low risk for the treatment of functional bradyarrhythmias, regardless of their severity.

Aim: To compare the vaginal wall thickness (VWT) measurement by two-dimensional ultrasound (2D-US) and pelvic floor muscle morphometry by four-dimensional translabial ultrasound (4D-TLUS) in women with vaginal laxity (VL) who underwent treatment with radiofrequency (RF) or pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) after 30 days and 6 months.
Methods: A secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial that occurred between February 2020 and December 2021 was performed. Women with VL were enrolled and treated with RF or PFMT for 12 weeks.
