[Soft tissue reaction following bioactive and bio-inactive implantation materials in subcutaneous tissue of rats].

The histological assessment of the course of wound healing was the base of the evaluation after a period of 40 days. An extensively concluded cellular reaction and the formation of a thin fibrous capsule can be judged positively with aluminium oxide ceramics and beta tricalcium phosphate.

[Immunosuppressive long-term treatment of chronic aggressive hepatitis].

47 patients with chronic aggressive hepatitis were immunosuppressively treated on the average 33.8 months (daily dose 100 mg azathioprine and 10 mg prednisolone). The serochemical parameters thymol, ZnSO4, GOT and GPT statistically significantly improved themselves.
