We propose a high-dimensional generalisation of the standard Klein bottle extending beyond those considered previously. We address the problem of generating continuous scalar fields (distributions) and dynamical systems (flows) on such state spaces, which can provide a rich source of examples for future investigations. We consider a class of high-dimensional dynamical systems that model distributed information processing within the human cortex, which may be capable of exhibiting some Klein bottle symmetries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of tumor stage in oncologic outcomes in BCG-unresponsive NMIBC undergoing bladder-sparing therapies.
Methods: Demographic and outcome data for patients with BCG-unresponsive NMIBC were reviewed at ten institutions.
Micropollutants are ubiquitous in water sources, posing threats to both human health and ecosystems. Conventional water and wastewater treatment processes are inefficient in micropollutant removal. In this study, the energy-effective and environmentally friendly solar light-driven periodate (PI) and peroxydisulfate (PDS) synergistic activation process (PI/PDS/solar light) is developed for efficient micropollutant decontamination.

However, insight into the genes and pathways they control is lacking, hindering the understanding of their function. Here, we identify 2,963 conserved gene targets for 1,590 HARs and their orthologs in human and chimpanzee neural stem cells (NSCs).

B cell maturation is crucial for effective adaptive immunity. It requires a complex signalling network to mediate antibody diversification through mutagenesis. B cells also rely on queues from other cells within the germinal centre.
