Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign osteolytic lesion usually occurring in the metaphysis of long bones. Authors report a case of a 21-year-old man with an expanding aneurysmal bone cyst in the entire humeral diaphysis and both metaphyses, discovered incidentally.
