EGFR mutations and oncogenic high-risk (HR) HPV have been suggested to be mutually exclusive pathways in pathogenesis of sinonasal squamous neoplasms which include sinonasal papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). In Indian patients, HR-HPV association is rare; however, there is no data on EGFR mutations in these tumors. One-hundred-eleven cases of sinonasal squamous neoplasms were interrogated for EGFR exon 19 and 20 mutations, including 48 inverted papillomas (IP), 15 SCC arising in the background of inverted papilloma (IP-SCC) and 48 de novo SCC.

Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) overexpression on prostate cancer cells finally led to the FDA approval of the therapeutic use of 177Lu-PSMA-617 in metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer. However, PSMA is also expressed in the neovasculature of other solid tumors, such as lung and renal cancer, making the theranostic potential of 177Lu-PSMA-617 worth exploring in this setting. Here is such a case of an 83-year-old man with advanced non-small cell lung cancer where the theranostic potential of 177Lu-PSMA-617 was explored using dosimetric analysis.

Objectives: As artificial atoms, quantum dots are widely used in quantum information research since their individual energy levels may be precisely controlled using gate voltages. The purpose of the study was to modify carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and evaluate its effects on the structure, crystal orientation and mechanical properties of the enamel substrate along with antibacterial properties of CQDs.

Materials And Methods: Enamel specimens of 4 mm × 4 mm × 3 mm were cut and CQD solution was dialyzed in deionized water mixed with urea solution and placed in microwave system (800 W) to obtain *CQD, **CQD, ***CQD, and *****CQD for enamel blocks to be immersed for 2 weeks.

This study aimed to evaluate the quality and accuracy of responses provided by two user-interactive AI chatbots, namely ChatGPT and ChatSonic, in response to patient queries regarding laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernias, and additionally determine the suitability of these chatbots in addressing patient queries related to inguinal hernia repair. Ten questions regarding laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernias were developed and presented to ChatGPT 4.0 and ChatSonic.
