Background: Complete removal of the lesion from the spinal cord cavernous malformation is crucial in patients with spinal cord cavernous malformation. Herein, we report that narrow-band imaging (NBI) is useful to confirm the complete removal of spinal cord cavernous malformations.
Clinical Presentation: A 45-year-old woman was followed up for the past seven years due to multiple intracranial cavernous malformations.
Objective: MR-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) thalamotomy is an incisionless neurosurgical treatment for patients with medically refractory essential tremor and tremor-dominant Parkinson's disease. A low skull density ratio (SDR) < 0.40 is a known risk factor for treatment failure.

The transradial approach does not require fluoroscopy of the maternal abdominopelvic region, which reduces fetal radiation exposure. We report a case of a female at 21 gestation weeks who developed subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a ruptured right posterior communicating artery aneurysm.

Brain development is tightly regulated by epigenetic factors, which are coordinately activated or inactivated during processes, and their dysregulation is linked to brain abnormalities and intellectual disability. However, the precise mechanism of epigenetic regulation in brain development and neurogenesis remains largely unknown.
