Many children with developmental disabilities experience feeding challenges, including food refusal and food selectivity. Feeding concerns are often multifaceted and, therefore, an interdisciplinary approach to treatment is needed. A pilot of an interdisciplinary outpatient feeding program was conducted in a hospital medical center by psychologists and occupational therapists.

Important artificial intelligence (AI) tools for diagnostic imaging include algorithms for disease detection and classification, image optimization, radiation reduction, and workflow enhancement. Although advances in foundational research are occurring rapidly, translation to routine clinical practice has been slower.

The effects of microgravity, radiation, isolation, disturbance in circadian rhythms and the hostile environment on the cardiovascular, neurological, immunological and various biological human systems are discussed here. Alterations in physiology, environmental hazards, and mitigative safety measures are briefly discussed along with challenges encountered in providing remote diagnoses and health care during space missions.
