Housing stability for households with LTSS needs in America: Contrasting pre-pandemic housing data from 2017 with data from 2021.

Background: Economically insecure people with disabilities are often forced to choose between health and housing. Housing instability in the form of mortgage, rent delinquency, or missing utility payments can adversely affect the health and well-being of people with disabilities and, specifically, people with LTSS needs.

Objective: Our study investigates the disparity in housing stability for LTSS households and non-LTSS disability households in comparison to non-disability households.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors mimicking as gynecological tumors-A case series.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are rare mesenchymal tumors that arise from interstitial cells of Cajal. Due to vague presentation, location and confusing imaging studies, they tend to mimic gynaecological tumors. They usually diagnosed intra-operative and histopathology followed by tumor specific receptors such as KIT, CD34, CD 117 and DOG 1 are mainstay of diagnosis of GIST.

Background & objectives Dengue virus causes frequent outbreaks and epidemics with high morbidity and mortality. It is important to monitor the trends of the dengue virus and its serotypes. We carried out the present work to study the prevalence of the dengue virus and its serotypes in clinically suspected cases of dengue in Rajasthan.

Pectoralis I and Serratus Anterior Plane Block Analgesia for Bilateral Mastectomy: A Case Series.

Background: Poorly controlled acute breast surgery postoperative pain is associated with delayed recovery, increased morbidity, impaired quality of life, and prolonged opioid use during and after hospitalization. Recently, ultrasound-guided pectoralis nerve (PECS) I block and serratus anterior plane (SAP) block, together or individually, have emerged as a potential method to relieve pain, decrease opioid requirements, and improve patient outcomes.

Objective: The aim of this study was to assess if the addition of a PECS I/SAP block in patients undergoing bilateral mastectomies provides more effective perioperative analgesia compared to standard analgesia.

Role of Mifepristone in Induction of Labor in Full-Term Pregnancy.

Objective This study sought to evaluate the safety and efficacy of mifepristone as a uterine sensitizer in shortening induction to delivery time in term pregnancy.
