Research investigating association between patriarchy and demographic behavior is limited in India. The only study on this subject utilized 1981 Indian Census data to examine associations between patriarchy and fertility. We examined the association of patriarchy, measured using India Patriarchy Index (IPI), with total fertility rate (TFR) and excess female child mortality in India.

The creation of bioconjugates using enzyme-polymer combinations has extended the shelf life and stability of urease. A triblock copolymer, PAM-co-PDPA-co-PMAA@urease (ADM@urease), was synthesized using acrylamide (AM), 2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-ylacrylate (DPA), methacrylic acid (MAA), and urease via the RAFT-Grafting-To polymerization method.

In this study, we explore the integration of transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), specifically molybdenum disulfide (MoS) and tungsten disulfide (WS), into the hole injection layers (HILs) of OLEDs to enhance their performance. The TMDs, which are known for their superior carrier mobility, optical properties, and 2D layered structure, were doped at levels of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% in PEDOT:PSS-based HILs.
