Purpose: This study aims to elucidate changes in the tibiofemoral relationship over time following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury, and investigate the correlation between the tibiofemoral relationship and patient-related outcome measures (PROMs).
Methods: Overall, 203 primary ACL reconstructions were performed using autologous hamstring grafts. Medial and lateral anterior tibial translation (ATT) in the sagittal plane and tibial tubercle-trochlear groove (TT-TG) distance in the axial plane were measured using pre-operative magnetic resonance imaging and post-operative computed tomography.
Purpose: To investigate whether inducing valgus alignment and shifting the load laterally through high tibial osteotomy (HTO) alone decreases the extent of medial meniscus extrusion (MME) in the setting of medial meniscus posterior root tear (MMPRT) using ultrasound evaluation.
Methods: Eight fresh-frozen human cadaveric knee specimens were tested using a 6-degree-of-freedom robotic testing system and ultrasound. Each specimen was tested in 5 conditions: (1) intact, (2) MMPRT, (3) medial meniscus repair (MMR), (4) combined medial open-wedge HTO + MMR, and (5) HTO + MMPRT.
Background: Most intraoperative adverse events (iAEs) result from surgeons' errors, and bleeding is the majority of iAEs. Recognizing active bleeding timely is important to ensure safe surgery, and artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential for detecting active bleeding and providing real-time surgical support. This study aimed to develop a real-time AI model to detect active intraoperative bleeding.

This study further identified preoperative radiological factors related to the increased postoperative knee joint line obliquity.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively evaluated patients who underwent medial open-wedge high tibial osteotomy between March 2013 and March 2021.
