Context Preeclampsia is a common pregnancy complication, posing significant risks to both the mother and fetus. Predicting and determining the risks of this disease is crucial. Aims This research aims to understand the pathogenetic role of several factors in the development and progression of preeclampsia, particularly in relation to its severity in pregnant patients.

A Three-Arm Randomized Controlled Trial of Primary One-Anastomosis Gastric Bypass: With FundoRing or Nissen Fundoplications vs. without Fundoplication for the Treatment of Obesity and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.

: Obesity and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are steadily increasing world weight and antireflux surgery must be performed simultaneously with bariatric surgery in obese patients. The purpose of this study is to compare bariatric and antireflux results after OAGB with different methods of fundoplication using the excluded stomach and without fundoplication. : This open-label, randomized, parallel three-arm trial was conducted from March 2019 and December 2021.

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Acid and Bile Reflux Esophagitis Prevention by Modified Fundoplication of the Excluded Stomach in One-Anastomosis Gastric Bypass: 1-Year Results of the FundoRing Trial.

Background: The advantages and disadvantages of one-anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) with primary modified fundoplication using the excluded stomach ("FundoRing") is unclear. We aimed to assess the impact of this operation in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) and answer the next questions: (1) What the impact of wrapping the fundus of the excluded part of the stomach in OAGB on protection in the experimental group against developing de novo reflux esophagitis? (2) If preoperative RE could be improved in the experimental group? (3) Can preoperative acid reflux as measured by PH impedance, be treated by the addition of the "FundoRing"?

Methods: The study design was a single-center prospective, interventional, open-label (no masking) RCT (FundoRing Trial) with 1-year follow-up. Endpoints were body mass index (BMI, kg/m) and acid and bile RE assessed endoscopically by Los Angeles (LA) classification and 24-h pH impedance monitoring.

[Pathogenetic criteria of nephroptosis].

The aim of the study was to specify treatment policy in nephroptosis on the basis of characteristics of the onset, development and course of the disease. A total of 83 patients with nephroptosis were examined. The rotation angles of the kidney were summed using standard excretory urograms in clino- and orthostasis.

The optimum correlation of antibodies and enzyme for the effective use of the extracted conjugate during enzyme immunoassay for ST has been established. The covalent immobilization of antibodies on the micropore polyamide membranes has been carried out.
