Background: Plantar fasciitis is a known degenerative pathology and is a common cause of heel pain. We intend to evaluate the efficacy between locally injected Corticosteroids and autologous PRP in the management of chronic plantar fasciitis patients.

Materials And Methods: In this prospective randomized controlled study, 70 chronic plantar fasciitis with failed conservative management for 3 months were randomly selected into 2 groups of 35 patients each.
