[Complex diagnostics of osteosarcomas].

It was analyzed the examination results of 156 patients with osteosarcoma. The data show that definition of histogenetic source, diagnostics and prognosis of treatment results are possible and expedient in case of analysis of signs reflecting tumor cells specificity. These signs may be determined by using of clinical parameters, X-ray imaging and light microscopy in case of moderately and highly differentiated sarcomas.

[The immunogistochemical aspects of the angiogenesis by Ewing's sarcoma].

Results of observation were analyzed in 68 patients with Ewing's sarcoma. Reagents made by DAKO (France) such as CD-31, endothelial cell, clone JC 70A, isotype: Lg GI, kappa 02/1 ml were used in the study. It was estimated, that CD31 expression activity in endothelial elements was inversely proportional and reliably correlated with malignant process by the Ewing's sarcoma.

Clinico-morphologic and immunohystochemical characteristics of the angiogenesis were analyzed in 24 patients with malignant osseous lymphoma. Maximal density of CD-31 positive cells was registered. Immunopositivity was shown for cytoplasm and cell wall.

Analysis of dimerization determinants of PDE6 catalytic subunits.

An absolute majority of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) form catalytic dimers. The structural determinants and functional significance of PDE dimerization are poorly understood. Furthermore, all known dimeric PDEs with the exception of retinal rod guanosine 3',5'-cyclic-monophosphate PDE (PDE6) are homodimeric enzymes.

[Actual problems of the surgical treatment of chest gunshot wounds].

The experience obtained during the treatment of 86 casualties with chest injuries was generalized. The authors present the scheme of diagnosis and treatment for the given patient category. To diagnose the cardiac injuries the operation (pericardium fenestration) was proposed.
