Nursing students and role modeled behavior while caring for LGBTQ + people: a cross-sectional, descriptive study.

Background: While efforts to improve the educational preparedness of nurses to care for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ +) people have increased, the influence of role-modeled behaviors by healthcare professionals working with nursing students and recent graduates is not well understood. The purpose of this study is to describe the role-modeled behaviors of healthcare professionals observed by nursing students and recent graduates caring for LGBTQ + patients in clinical settings.

Methods: A cross-sectional, online survey was conducted.

Results: and knock-ins crossed with ubiquitous -based Switch reporters led to broad labeling in expected mesodermal and neural crest-derived lineages in cardiac, pectoral fins, pharyngeal arch, liver, intestine, and mesothelial tissues, as well as enteric neurons.

Investigating Fire-Atmosphere Interaction in a Forest Canopy Using Wavelets.

Wildland fire-atmosphere interaction generates complex turbulence patterns, organized across multiple scales, which inform fire-spread behaviour, firebrand transport, and smoke dispersion. Here, we utilize wavelet-based techniques to explore the characteristic temporal scales associated with coherent patterns in the measured temperature and the turbulent fluxes during a prescribed wind-driven (heading) surface fire beneath a forest canopy. We use temperature and velocity measurements from tower-mounted sonic anemometers at multiple heights.

Dual-factor mental health in adolescence: Comparing classification methods.

Addressing adolescent mental health difficulties often begins by first correctly identifying students who are at risk when using universal mental health screeners in the school setting. A comprehensive conceptualization of mental health may enhance school psychologists' ability to effectively understand the mental health of students they serve. The dual-factor model of mental health posits a more holistic approach to mental health by capturing subjective-wellbeing scores alongside psychopathology.
