A significant bottleneck to global accessibility of recombinant monoclonal antibodies stems from complexities related to their production, storage, and distribution. Recently, gene-encoded approaches such as mRNA, DNA, or viral delivery have gained popularity, but ensuring biologically relevant levels of antibody expression in the host remains a critical issue.

The redesign of the rehabilitation program at Runnymede Healthcare Centre (RHC) was designed to enhance patient care, staff satisfaction, and rehabilitation capacity. Aligned with RHC's strategic vision to become a centre of excellence for ageing and wellness, the initiative introduced a range of initiatives such as group therapy models, specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound rehabilitation goals, and enhanced leadership practices under the healthy engagement of older adults in rehabilitation therapy philosophy. Evaluation was integral to the initiative, with patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and key performance indicators continuously measured.

The purpose of our study was to use recent nationally-representative data to 1) determine whether reported adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) were associated with individual disordered eating behaviors (DEBs) for the US- based early and middle adolescent population; and 2) the extent to which individual ACE categories were associated with DEBs for this population. The study used cross-sectional data from the 2022 National Survey of Children's Health, which used parent-reported data. Inclusion criteria included all early (10-13 years of age) and middle-aged adolescents (14-17 years of age) (n = 24,173).

Background: Telehealth visits (THVs) have made it essential to adopt innovative ways to evaluate patients virtually. This study validates a novel THV approach that uses educational videos and an instructional datasheet, enabling parents to use smartphones to measure their child's scoliosis at home or in telehealth settings.

Methods: We identified a prospective cohort of patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) scheduled for follow-up care from March to July 2021.
