Workplace sexual harassment (WSH) and other forms of sexual violence are pervasive in the agricultural sector, yet remain overlooked as critical occupational health and safety concerns. In this scoping review, the social-ecological model was used as a framework to examine contributing and protective factors in the literature that inform WSH interventions, policy, and research. Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocols, the authors searched eight databases using Boolean terms related to "sexual harassment" and "agriculture.

Purpose: Patients treated with radical cystectomy experience a high rate of postoperative complications and frequent hospital readmissions. We sought to explore the utility of the Care Assessment Need (CAN) score, derived from electronic health data, to estimate the risk of these adverse clinical outcomes, thereby aiding patient counseling and informed treatment decision-making.

Materials And Methods: We retrospectively examined data from 982 patients with bladder cancer who underwent radical cystectomy between 2013 and 2018 within the national Veterans Health Administration system.

We explore workplace sexual harassment (WSH) myth acceptance, bystander discomfort, and beliefs among farmworkers in California, USA, and Michoacán, Mexico. Surveys were conducted with the guidance of community advisory boards among 197 farmworkers (38 men and 59 women in California; 40 men and 60 women in Michoacán). Men and women in Michoacán had similar discomfort and myth acceptance.
