Infertility affects around 8%-12% of reproductive-aged couples and is a major health concern. Both genetic and environmental factors influence male infertility. is a crucial testis-specific gene essential for the final differentiation of male germ cells and is strongly linked to male infertility due to numerous detected mutations.

Background: Revision hip and knee arthroplasty volume continues to rise, and total femur replacement (TFR) remains a key salvage option in patients with extensive bone loss. Prior research has demonstrated mixed results of this procedure, and this study aimed to characterize the outcomes of nononcologic TFR in one of the largest single-center modern series.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 23 nononcologic TFR procedures performed on 22 patients between 2012 and 2021.
The colorimetric sensor for volatile amines (VA) detection can realize non-destructive monitoring of shrimp quality. However, its sensing performance still needs to be improved. In this study, we proposed an aerogel-type colorimetric sensor to improve VA sensing performance and realize early detection of shrimp spoilage.

However, the ability to design protein activity through precise protein-solvent cooperative interactions has not yet been demonstrated. Here we report the design of 14 membrane receptors that catalyse G protein nucleotide exchange through diverse engineered allosteric pathways mediated by cooperative networks of intraprotein, protein-ligand and -solvent molecule interactions.
