Background: Our study aimed to compare the clinical presentation and outcomes of post-cholecystectomy bile duct injuries (BDI) with and without arterial injuries.

Methods: A prospective analysis of 123 patients with post-cholecystectomy BDI between July 2018 and January 2022 was performed. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to assess the impact of vascular injuries on perioperative complications and long-term outcomes after delayed repair.

Vaccine hesitancy, anti-Vax campaigners and misinformation hound the administration of vaccines. Our study, conducted at Malwa region of the Punjab, India, was systematically carried out to look for adverse neurological effects after COVID-19 vaccination, given to 1000 people (>18 years and <60 years) who had received either single or multiple doses. No major neurological complications were found; the only side-effect was a transitory headache in 15% of the participants.

Addressing this challenge, we present an innovative approach employing electrochemical biosensing for early-stage prostate cancer detection. Hirsutulla thompsoni (HTS) is an entomopathogenic fungus (EPF), a secure and efficient substitute for synthetic insecticides. However, its susceptibility to degradation in conventional formulations limits its practical use for agricultural practices. In light of current setbacks, this work proposes using a glycerol-silica/chitosan nanoflower gel (NFG) as an efficient delivery system to enhance the efficacy of HTS.
