Autism is a heterogeneous condition, and functional magnetic resonance imaging-based studies have advanced understanding of neurobiological correlates of autistic features. Nevertheless, little work has focused on the optimal brain states to reveal brain-phenotype relationships. Materials And Methods: The dataset included 21 357 text messages from healthcare workers in 12 Missouri nursing homes. A sample of 860 messages was annotated by clinical experts to form a "Gold Standard" dataset.

This project was initiated in a large pediatric intensive care unit to reduce catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs). Implementing removal of diapers and a urine collection device that prevented urine backflow in March 2021 decreased the rate from 3.3 to 0.
