We report the case of a patient addressed for abnormal uterine bleeding in the context of secondary infertility. Operative hysteroscopy under sedation showed multiple uterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome) and communication with the pelvic cavity suspecting uterine perforation. Combined laparoscopy showed that the right fallopian tube was incarcerated into the uterine wall.

Objective: Extended field chemoradiation is recommended for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) and para-aortic lymph node (PALN) metastases. The radiation planning may be based on PET/CT while others recommend to rely on surgical staging. We report the rate of patients for whom the radiation field defined on PET/CT was modified by the histological PALN status.

Screening in early pregnancy of some potential diseases has led to the improvement of the health of mothers and newborns. Recommended tests vary from one country to another. We presented the screening recommendations of screening proposed in the " Guide de Consultation Prénatale" (published in 2009) by the GGOLFB and ONE and put it in perspective with the recommendations of the KCE, the NICE of England, the HAS of France and the RANZCOG of Australia and New Zealand.
