Surgical treatment is recommended in patients with symptomatic severe tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary regurgitation. Although renal transplant patients are a high-risk patient group for cardiac surgery, heart valve surgeries can be performed successfully. There are a limited number of studies published on this subject in the literature.

Objective: To investigate choroidal and retinal blood flow and thickness changes using optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography during pregnancy.
Design: Prospective and case-control study between June 2020 and June 2021.
Methods: This prospective study included 41 eyes of 41 pregnant females and 45 eyes of 45 healthy nonpregnant females.
Dysregulated axonal trafficking of mitochondria is linked to neurodegenerative disorders. We report a high-content screen for small-molecule regulators of the axonal transport of mitochondria. Six compounds enhanced mitochondrial transport in the sub-micromolar range, acting via three cellular targets: F-actin, Tripeptidyl peptidase 1 (TPP1), or Aurora Kinase B (AurKB).
