Identifying 'Where' and 'How' Peer Support for Youth is Integrated into Community-Based Mental Health Services: A Survey Study.

To mitigate barriers to care among youth (12-25 years), community-based organizations have increasingly integrated peer support as a complement to clinical mental health care; however, information regarding the integration process is lacking. To explore organizational perspectives regarding the contexts and mechanisms underlying integration of peer support for youth accessing mental health services from community-based, youth-serving organizations. Representatives from community-based youth-serving organizations completed a survey describing the contexts in which they are located and their experiences integrating peer support.

Characterizing Sentinel Lymph Node Status in Breast Cancer Patients Using a Deep-Learning Model Compared With Radiologists' Analysis of Grayscale Ultrasound and Lymphosonography.

The objective of the study was to use a deep learning model to differentiate between benign and malignant sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) in patients with breast cancer compared to radiologists' assessments.Seventy-nine women with breast cancer were enrolled and underwent lymphosonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) examination after subcutaneous injection of ultrasound contrast agent around their tumor to identify SLNs. Evaluation of traditional targeted axillary dissection eligibility criteria for node-positive breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in a prospective multicenter registry.

Introduction: Targeted axillary dissection (TAD) is performed after neoadjuvant systemic therapy (NST) to decrease the rate of non-therapeutic axillary dissection (ALND) for patients with node-positive breast cancer. In order to ensure the oncologic safety of TAD, eligibility criteria resulting in a low false negative rate (FNR) have been proposed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the utility of the traditional criteria.

Sentinel Lymph Node Identification in Post Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Surgical Excision Using Lymphosonography.
