Purpose: The coronary artery calcium (CAC) score is used in decision-making for preventive medications in patients with borderline clinical risk scores. Both absolute and percentile CAC scores can be used; however, a percentile CAC score is especially useful in young patients and women. Introduction:  Sacrospinal anomalies that may accompany anorectal malformations may cause fecal and urinary incontinence despite proper anomaly treatment. The sacral ratio has been suggested in the determination of both the prognosis in terms of incontinence and the need for further examination for sacrospinal anomalies.
