[Visceral toxocariasis].

A case of the disease in a 6-year-old boy is described. The disease was characterized by a long recurrent course with development of a parasitic gumma in the mediastinum and arrosion of the descending aorta and the left bronchial wall. Pulmonary bleeding was a course of death.
