Heat transfer in water with the help of solar energy is an effective way to harness renewable energy and reduce reliance on non-renewable sources of energy. The utilization of turbulent promoters is an efficient solution to ameliorate the performance of heat exchangers (HE). The current work summarizes the experimental and numerical behaviour of HE reported in the literature, including the thermal examinations of HT and fluid flow characteristics with various turbulent promoters and tube arrangements.

Particularly, understanding the role of Bruton tyrosine kinase and phosphatidyl inositol 3 kinase delta in driving prosurvival signal transduction in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and their targeting with pharmacological inhibitors (ibrutinib and idelalisib, respectively) has improved patient outcomes significantly. The kinase signaling pathway induced by the BcR is highly complex and has multiple interconnecting branches mediated by tyrosine and serine/threonine kinases activated downstream of the BcR.

This study has assessed to what extent MASP-1 is able to modify the transcriptional pattern of inflammation-related (IR) genes in HUVECs. We utilized Agilent microarray to analyse the effects of recombinant MASP-1 (rMASP-1) in HUVECs, on a set of 884 IR genes.
