Parkinson's disease (PD) is a complicated neurodegenerative disease that is the most prevalent severe movement disorder worldwide. The research includes studying the levels of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE) with some biochemical parameters in the serum of patients with PD in Mosul City (Iraq), which include Serotonin (SERT), dopamine (DA), sphingomyelin (SM), vitamin B12, Acetylcholine esterase (AChE), monoamine oxidase (MAO), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Samples reached (100), which included: (40) for the Parkinson's patients group, and (60) for the control group.

Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice for patients with end-stage renal disease. In Iraq, renal transplantation started in 1973 and has continued until now with live donor transplantation, since deceased donor transplant program is not approved as yet. Long-term transplant data are still scarce.

Our hypothesis was that, during liver colonization, the temporal modulation of processes related to metastasis will change in a specific manner and that information on these changes might be used for new therapeutic approaches.
Material And Methods: PDAC rat ASML cells were inoculated into the liver of BDX rats and re-isolated after different time periods of liver colonization (early, intermediate, advanced, and terminal).

Transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS) is a recognized and potentially curable cause of post transplant arterial hypertension, allograft dysfunction, and graft loss. It usually occurs 3 months to 2 years after transplantation, but early or later presentations are not uncommon. We present a case of renal artery narrowing due to intimal dissection that was managed medically.
