Hybrid Technologies for Reconstruction of Proximal Aortic Dissection.

Unlabelled: is to evaluate the efficacy of various types of hybrid technology in compare to the classical repair of the aortic arch of type I aortic dissection treatment in the in-hospital period.

Materials And Methods: A retrospective observational study has been conducted, the results of surgical treatment of 213 patients with DeBakey type I aortic dissection operated on within the period from 2001 to 2017 were compared. Patients were divided into three groups: in group 1, patients undergone a hemiarch type of aortic repair or the total arch replacement (n=121); in group 2, a hemiarch aortic reconstruction and implantation of bare metal stent was performed (n=55); in group 3, a frozen elephant trunk technique was used (n=37).

[Myocardial Infarction and Stroke Among Railway Employees in Azerbaijan].

We studied the incidence of myocardial infarction (MI) and stroke in two groups of railway employees aged over 39 years including pensioners. The first (main) group included employees (n=15 671) responsible for movement of trains and exposed to `action of harmful occupational factors. The second (control) group included persons (n=19 132) who were not exposed to harmful occupational factors.

[Efficacy of sanatorium treatment to patients with consequences of cerebrovascular disease].

Objective: To estimate the efficacy of the introduction of Russian standard of the sanatorium treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.

Material And Methods: We examined 480 neurological patients. Efficacy of treatment was estimated according to conclusions of the physician on the basis of dynamic supervision and the scale "The Rehabilitation Profile of Activity" (Rehabilitation Activities Profile).
