[Characteristics of effusive pericarditis in N'Djamena (Chad)].

Introduction: Pericarditis is a commun cause of hospitalisation in cardiology and internal medicine wards.

Objective: We aimed to describe the epidemiological profile of effusive pericarditis at the Department of cardiology of the National Referral Teaching Hospital of N'Djamena, Chad.

Methods: We undertook a descriptive cross-sectional study from January 2017 to December 2019.

Introduction: Peritoneal tuberculosis is not uncommon in Chad. Its diagnosis of certainty is difficult and is based on the analysis of ascites fluid and abdominal ultrasound. Our aim was to contribute to the study of the various clinical, diagnostic and progressive aspects of peritoneal tuberculosis in the internal medicine department of the HGRN.

[Clinical and etiological epidemiological profiles of hospitalized pleurisia in the pneumo-phtisiology department at N'Djamena's National Reference General Hospital, Chad].

Introduction: Pleurisy is one of the frequent reasons for hospitalization in the pneumo-phtisiology department. Their etiologies are diverse. The objective of our study was to determine the clinical and etiological epidemiological profiles of hospitalized pleurisia in the pneumo-phtisiology department in order to improve their management.
