While typical qualitative T1-weighted magnetic resonance images reflect scanner and protocol differences, quantitative T1 mapping aims to measure T1 independent of these effects. Changes in T1 in the brain reflect structural changes in brain tissue. Magnetization-prepared two rapid acquisition gradient echo (MP2RAGE) is an acquisition protocol that allows for efficient T1 mapping with a much lower scan time per slab compared to multi-TI inversion recovery (IR) protocols.

Methods: This is a secondary analysis of a clinical trial of long-acting injectable naltrexone (LAI-naltrexone) among youth with OUD aged 15 to 21 years. Participants were recruited from residential treatment and placed into 1 of 3 treatment groups based on medication receipt at time of discharge (no medication, sublingual buprenorphine-naloxone [buprenorphine], or LAI-naltrexone).
Background: With improved survival of adults with congenital heart disease (CHD) comes a need to understand the lifelong outcomes of this population. The aim of this paper is to describe the rationale and design of Congenital Heart Disease Project to Understand Lifelong Survivor Experience (CHD PULSE), a study to determine long-term medical, neurocognitive, and psychosocial outcomes among adults with a history of intervention for CHD and to identify factors associated with those outcomes.
Methods: CHD PULSE is a cross-sectional survey conducted from September 2021 to April 2023 among adults aged 18 and older with a history of at least 1 intervention for CHD at 1 of 11 participating U.
Objectives: To explore the experiences and perceptions of children with bronchiectasis and their parents regarding an 8-week play-based therapeutic exercise programme.
Design: Qualitative study with inductive content analysis.
Setting: Individual semistructured interviews were conducted.
Objectives: For people with opioid use disorder (OUD), transitioning from pregnancy to postpartum and from incarceration to the community is a time of increased risk for opioid overdose. This prospective project evaluated the extent of Jenna's Project's success in preventing overdoses and improving recovery outcomes by coordinating postrelease care in incarcerated OUD perinatal patients.
Methods: Participants (N = 132) were pregnant or postpartum (1 year postdelivery) with OUD during incarceration and self-referred for postrelease services.
