It has been approved that one of the most dangerous foodborne pathogenic bacteria is O157:H7, which is responsible for several infection and death cases worldwide. It is well documented that in the developing countries O157:H7 is considered the main causative pathogen of human gastrointestinal infections. The multipotency property of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) has attained worldwide consideration because of their immense potential for immunomodulation and their therapeutic function in tissue regeneration. MSCs can migrate to tissue injury areas to contribute to immune modulation, secrete anti-inflammatory cytokines and hide themselves from the immune system. Certainly, various investigations have revealed anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, reconstruction, and wound healing potentials of MSCs in many in vitro and in vivo models.

Objective: In the past, clinicians have sometimes been unwilling to provide care to patients known to be infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV). However, this lack of patient care should have lessened following the introduction of effective HBV vaccination for health care workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the willingness of clinicians in Jordan to provide care to HBV-infected patients.
