Thrombocytopenia-associated multiple organ failure (TAMOF) is a thrombotic microangiopathy syndrome that is associated with endothelial damage. Herein, we aim to report a pediatric TAMOF case related to SARS-CoV-2 infection which has been scarcely reported to date.
