Introduction: Graft failure is a common complication following keratoplasty requiring repeat keratoplasty (re-KP).
Objectives: To determine the indications and outcome of repeat keratoplasty at a tertiary eye care centre in Nepal.
Materials And Methods: This was a retrospective study of 78 patients who underwent re-KP for graft failure in Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology from Jan 2015 to Dec 2020.

Introduction: Corneal squamous neoplasia is less common than that of conjunctiva and can cause diagnostic confusion.
Case: A 40-year-old male presented with gradual onset blurring of vision in left eye for 8 weeks. He had received treatment for dry eyes, then for herpetic dendritic keratitis, but without improvement.
Introduction: Vitamin A deficiency leads to a wide spectrum of ocular manifestations ranging from conjunctival xerosis to corneal ulceration and perforation. Penetrating keratoplasty along with vitamin A supplementation can save the eye and useful vision.
Case: A 10-year-old boy presented with decreased vision in both eyes for 3 months.
