Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the weave technique for hamstring graft preparation on the diameter of the prepared graft, functional outcome, and need for harvesting of semitendinosus and gracilis (ST + G) or semitendinosus alone (ST).
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study evaluated 340 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction from January 2013 to December 2015. Our protocol for graft preparation is that the graft length must be a minimum of 8 cm and the diameter must be between 7 and 10 mm.
We investigated the regulatory activity of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) (n=10) towards immune cells in a cohort of 84 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, 36 apparently healthy controls. We co-cultured MSCs with lymphocyte subsets of T, B, and T regulatory cells (Tregs). Levels of the pro- and anti-inflammatory markers (tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interferon gamma (IFN-γ), and interleukin-10 (IL-10)) were estimated in serum and co-culture supernatants.

T-cell regulatory mechanisms in rheumatoid arthritis patients were evaluated by the contributing factors such as pro-inflammatory cytokines, circulating immune complexes, HLA DR expression, ligand binding biomarkers, FoxP3 expression in paired samples of peripheral blood (PB) and synovial fluid (SF). These cellular responses were further correlated with the humoral immune responses such as anti-cyclic citrullinated peptides IgG (CCP), circulating immune complex-c1q IgG (CIC), immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) of the rheumatoid arthritis factor (RAF).

Synovial sarcoma is a soft tissue neoplasm with a characteristic biphasic pattern. Incidence in soft tissues is 5-10%. Intra articularly synovial sarcoma is extremely rare.
