This study included 680 patients from five hospitals, comparing a combination of eight feature screening methods and 11 machine learning algorithms to predict prognosis and construct integrated models. Methods: Patients who underwent hemihepatectomy for hepatolithiasis at Fujian Provincial Hospital and 5 other medical centers from 2010 to 2020 were enrolled.
Purpose: Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 (RIPK1) is an important upstream regulator of multiple cell signaling pathways including inflammatory signals. RIPK1 is reported to be closely associated with the prognostic implications of cancer, especially epithelial tumors. But its role in proliferation and lymphangiogenesis in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) remains unclear and requires further investigation.

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or Gardner's syndrome is often accompanied by adenomas of the stomach and duodenum. We experienced a case of adenomas of the common bile duct in a 40-year-old woman with FAP presenting with acute cholangitis. Only 8 cases of adenomas or adenocarcinoma of the common bile duct have been reported in the literature in patients with FAP or Gardner's syndrome.
