This work was developed to the effects of biofilm composite nano-drug delivery system (OMVs-MSN-5-FU) on lymph node metastasis from oral squamous cell carcinoma. Mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with 5-FU (MSN-5-FU) were prepared first. Subsequently, the outer membrane vesicles (OMV) of Escherichia coli were collected to wrap MSN-5-FU, and then OMVs-MSN-5-FU was prepared.

Methods: This study included 21 subjects with early oral tongue SCC who received multiple intramucosal peritumoral injections of Sonazoid. CEUS examinations were performed immediately after Sonazoid injection to identify sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs).
Objective: Flavopereirine has been identified to be a potential anti-cancer agent in several types of human cancer. This study aimed to investigate the anti-cancer activity of flavopereirine in oral cancer.
Methods: The effect of flavopereirine on cell viability of human oral cancer cell lines (BcaCD885 and Tca8113) was evaluated by MTT assay and colony formation assay.

Objective: To analyze the stress distribution of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in posterior cross-bite of individual teeth and in normal occlusion during the intercuspal occlusion (ICO).
Methods: On the basis of the geometric TMJ model of normal occlusion, the TMJ finite element model of posterior cross-bite of individual teeth was reconstructed. The occlusal force and boundary conditions were applied on the model.

Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the tarnish induced by Streptococcus sobrinus serotype g on Co-Cr, Ni-Cr and casting titanium alloys.
Methods: Co-Cr, Ni-Co and casting titanium alloys were respectively machined into a size of 10 mm x 10 mm x 1 mm in tablets, and totally 90 specimens with 30 of each were prepared for the test. The 30 specimens of each alloy were randomly and equally divided into three subgroups, including the blank control group, the media control group and the inoculated media group.
