Purpose: Cuproptosis plays a crucial role in the biological function of cells. The subject of this work was to analyze the effects of cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) on the prognosis and biological function in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).

Methods: In this study, RNA sequencing and clinical data of LUAD samples were screened from public databases and our institution.

Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare and aggressive subtype of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Here, we present information on the clinicopathologic characteristics and clinical outcomes of this type of cancer. Clinicopathologic data from 55 patients treated at a single cancer center from January 2011 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.
