An Aging Small-Signal Model for Degradation Prediction of Microwave Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor -Parameters Based on Prior Knowledge Neural Network.

In this paper, an aging small-signal model for degradation prediction of microwave heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) -parameters based on prior knowledge neural networks (PKNNs) is explored. A dual-extreme learning machine (D-ELM) structure with an adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) optimization process is used to simulate the fresh -parameters of InP HBT devices and the degradation of -parameters after accelerated aging, respectively. In addition to the reliability parametric inputs of the original aging problem, the -parameter degradation trend obtained from the aging small-signal equivalent circuit is used as additional information to inject into the D-ELM structure.

Rapid iodine capture from radioactive wastewater by green and low-cost biomass waste derived porous silicon-carbon composite.

The effective and safe capture and storage of radioactive iodine (I or I) are of significant importance during nuclear waste storage and nuclear energy generation. Herein, a porous silicon-carbon (pSi-C) composite derived from paper mill sludge (PMS) is synthesized and used for rapid iodine capture. The influences of the activator type, the impregnation ratio of the paper mill sludge to the activator, carbonization temperature, and carbonization time on the properties of the pSi-C composite are investigated.

It has been demonstrated that miRNAs play critical roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of various tumors. The purpose of this research was to determine the serum miR-632 levels in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and to investigate its diagnostic and prognostic value. We detected serum miR-632 levels in 162 LSCC patients and 42 healthy volunteers.
