Objective: To compare the clinical effect of three types of Kirschner wire tension band for olecranon fracture.
Methods: The clinical data of 64 patients with olecranon fracture treated by Kirschner wire tension band fixation from March 2016 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 19 patients were treated with intramedullary K-wires fixation(group A) including 8 males and 11 females with an average of (48.
Objective: This systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to investigate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA).
Methods: An electronic search was conducted in eight databases (PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese VIP Database, and Wanfang Database) from inception until December 2019. The risk of bias assessment of the included RCTs was evaluated by Cochrane collaboration's tool.
Objective: () and its ingredients (IFP) have a variety of biological activities and are widely used to treat osteoporosis (OP). Herein, we conducted a systematic review to evaluate the efficacy of IFP for an animal model of OP from the current literatures. Potential mechanisms of IFP in the treatment of OP were also summarized.

Methods: Between January 2012 to December 2015, 81 patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were included in this prospective study. 43 patients were treated with clavicular hook plate fixation (Group A) and 38 patients were treated with coracoclavicular lag screw supplemented with K-wire fixation (Group B).
Objectives: The injured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is deemed to exhibit an impaired healing response and attempts at surgical repair have not been successful. Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) is reported to be associated with wound healing, probably through transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-β1).
Methods: A rabbit ACL injury model was used to study the effect of CTGF on ligament recovery.
Objective: To retrospectively analysis the curative effect of wrist scaphoid bone fracture, and explore the causes and preventive methods of misdiagnosis.
Methods: From September 2007 to September 2010,16 patients with wrist scaphoid bone fractures were treated with plaster cast and cannulated screws fixation. There were 10 males and 6 females, ranging in age from 26 to 44 years with an average of 35 years.
