[Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration in situs inversus totalis patient].

We present the case of a 77-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of chronic calculous cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis, with a history of situs inversus totalis. Therefore, a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration were performed, using the "french mirror technique", with stone extraction. Patient evolved favorably.
