Malignant hyperthermia in a Saudi child.

This is the first report of a case of malignant hyperthermia (MH) from Saudi Arabia. MH was probably triggered by response to Halothane. The diagnosis was suspected by the clinical signs of tachycardia, severe rigidity, cyanosis and rising temperature.
