[Correlation between metabolic syndrome and adverse events after internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly].

[Progress on early diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis].

Researching on a large relevant literature of spinal tuberculosis, this paper discussed characteristics of spinal tuberculosis and its early diagnosis method. If spinal tuberculosis can be found and treated earlier, prognosis will be better. The early diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis has become hot spot at present.

[Modified minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screws osteosynthesis for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture without neural impairment].

Objective: To explore the feasibility and efficacy of modified minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screws osteosynthesis for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.

Methods: Twenty cases of thoracolumbar fracture without neural impairment were enrolled. None needed laminotomy decompression.
