[Screening and expression analysis of transcription factors involved in genuineness of Codonopsis pilosula in Shanxi].

This study aims to mine the transcription factors that affect the genuineness of Codonopsis pilosula in Shanxi based on the transcriptome data of C. pilosula samples collected from Shanxi and Gansu, and then analyze the gene expression patterns, which will provide a theoretical basis for the molecular assisted breeding of C. pilosula.

Intra-operative perforation: a risk factor for prognosis of low rectal cancer after abdominoperineal resection.

This study was designed to explore the influence of intra-operative perforation on prognosis of low rectal cancer after APR and to investigate the risk factors of perforation. Perforation is not scarce during the procedure of abdominoperineal resection (APR). There is no consensus on perforation rate and related risk factor for APR.

[Inheritance of stripe rust resistance in the native wheat variety Dazicao from China].

Dazicao, a native wheat variety with stripe rust resistance from Henan, China, was crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian 169 as the female parent. The F(1) progeny was selfed to produce F(2) progeny and backcrossed with Mingxian 169 to produce BC(1) progeny. In air-conditioned greenhouse,seedlings of the F(1), F(2), BC1 progenies and their parents were inoculated with the prevalent races CY28 and CY32 of Puccinia striiformis respectively.
