is widely employed for recombinant protein expression. DB104 offers a distinct advantage as a protein expression host because it is an extracellular protease-deficient derivative of 168. We have conducted a time-course transcriptome analysis of DB104 in a prior study.

DB104, an extracellular protease-deficient derivative of 168, is widely used for recombinant protein expression. An understanding of the changes in gene expression during growth is essential for the commercial use of bacterial strains. Transcriptome and proteome analyses are ideal methods to study the genomic response of microorganisms.

GG (LGG) can promote intestinal health by modulating the immune responses of the gastrointestinal tract. However, knowledge about the immunomodulatory action of LGG-derived soluble factors is limited. In our previous study, we have displayed LGG-derived p75 protein on the spore surface of .

(upland cotton) is one of the most economically important crops worldwide, which has experienced the long terms of evolution and domestication process from wild species to cultivated accessions. However, nucleotide evolution, domestication selection, and the genetic relationship of cotton species remain largely to be studied. In this study, we used chloroplast genome sequences to determine the evolutionary rate, domestication selection, and genetic relationships of 72 cotton genotypes (36 cultivated cotton accessions, seven semi-wild races of .

Lactobacillus rhamnosus p75 protein with peptidoglycan hydrolase (PGH) activity is one of the key molecules exhibiting anti-apoptotic and cell-protective activity for human intestinal epithelial cells. In this study, with the goal of developing new probiotics, the p75 protein was displayed on the surface of Bacillus subtilis spores using spore coat protein CotG as an anchoring motif. The PGH activity, stability, and the antibacterial activity of the spore-displayed p75 (CotG-p75) protein were also investigated.

This letter demonstrates a p-type raised source-and-drain (raised S/D) junctionless thin-film transistors (JL-TFTs) with a dual-gate structure. The raised S/D structure provides a high saturation current (>1 μA/μm). The subthreshold swing (SS) is 100 mV/decade and the drain-induced barrier lowering (DIBL) is 0.

The high temperature dependence of junctionless (JL) gate-all-around (GAA) poly-Si thin-film transistors (TFTs) with 2-nm-thick nanosheet channel is compared with that of JL planar TFTs. The variation of SS with temperature for JL GAA TFTs is close to the theoretical value (0.2 mV/dec/K), owing to the oxidation process to form a 2-nm-thick channel.

The P genome of Agropyron Gaertn., a wild relative of wheat, contains an abundance of desirable genes that can be utilized as genetic resources to improve wheat. In this study, wheat - Aegilops cylindrica Host gametocidal chromosome 2C addition lines were crossed with wheat - Agropyron cristatum (L.
