Importance: Radioactive iodine (131I or RAI) therapy has long been the standard of care for most patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) after primary surgery. However, no multicenter prospective studies have identified the optimal administered activity and stimulation method for RAI therapy in patients with intermediate-risk DTC.
Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of recombinant human thyrotropin (SNA001) with thyroid hormone withdrawal (THW) plus 3.

We present a case involving a 71-year-old male with tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma (TRCC), which is a rare entity of renal neoplasm. The patient was admitted for a cystic nodule on the middle pole of the right kidney by urological ultrasound during physical examination. The nodule presented with hyperechoic on conventional ultrasonic and the enhancing intensity of thicken cystic wall at the peak phase in contrast-enhanced ultrasound was similar to that of the renal parenchyma.

Additionally, subgroup analysis will be performed on the androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) group and the metastatic PCa group.
Materials And Methods: In the retrospective analysis of 104 intermediate to high-risk PCa patients who underwent F-FDG PET/CT prior to treatment.
Background: Some solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) as early manifestations of lung cancer, it is difficult to determine its nature, which brings great trouble to clinical diagnosis and treatment. Radiomics can deeply explore the essence of images and provide clinical decision support for clinicians. The purpose of our study was to explore the effect of positron emission tomography (PET) with 2-deoxy-2-[fluorine-18] fluoro-d-glucose integrated with computed tomography (CT; F-FDG-PET/CT) combined with radiomics for predicting probability of malignancy of SPNs.

Myocardial ischemia reperfusion (MI/R) injury occurs immediately after the coronary reperfusion and aggravates myocardial ischemia. Whether the Wnt/β-Catenin pathway is involved in the protection against MI/R injury by DADLE has not been evaluated.

During the procedure, a polytetrafluoroethylene graft was anastomosed to the BA and the EJV, and looped on the upper limb. The safety and reliability of BA-EJV access was evaluated by determining the complications, patency and intervention rates.

Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 117 DLBCL patients. The area and metabolic activity of subcutaneous adipose tissue and visceral adipose tissue were measured using CT and PET imaging.
Objective: To evaluate technetium-three polyethylene glycol spacers-arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (Tc-3PRGD) single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)/computed tomography (CT) imaging for diagnosing lymph node metastasis of primary malignant lung neoplasms.
Materials And Methods: We prospectively enrolled 26 patients with primary malignant lung tumors who underwent Tc-3PRGD SPECT/CT and F-fluorodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET)/CT imaging. Both imaging methods were analyzed in qualitative (visual dichotomous and 5-point grades for lymph nodes and lung tumors, respectively) and semi-quantitative (maximum tissue-to-background radioactive count) manners for the lymph nodes and lung tumors.
Background: F-fluorodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) has been used in response evaluation systems for malignant lymphomas and is an important tool for determining efficacy and prognosis. The Deauville 5-point scale (D-5PS) is an F-FDG PET-CT image-interpretation protocol for patients with lymphoma. Nevertheless, a number of limitations in visual image interpretation, such as interobserver disagreement and the increase of false-positive results, suggests that new parameters are needed.

Using quantum parameter estimation, we show that for the imaging systems with a real point spread function, any measurement basis constituted by a complete set of real-valued spatial-mode functions is optimal for estimating the displacement. For small displacements, we can concentrate the information about the value of displacement to the measurement of a few spatial modes, which can be selected in terms of the Fisher information distribution.

Methods: Patients who made an active appointment for positron emission tomography-computed tomography were randomly enrolled by referring to previous imaging data and clinical information. Finally, 34 histopathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancers (18 adenocarcinoma and 16 squamous cell carcinoma cases) were prospectively studied using dynamic and static 2-deoxy-2-[F]-fluoro-D-glucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography imaging (the diagnostic study has not yet been registered on a clinical trial platform).
In the preparation of a superamphiphobic surface, the most basic method is to reduce the surface free energy of the interface. The C-F bond has a very low surface free energy, which can significantly change the wettability of the solid-liquid interface and make it a hydrophobic or oleophobic, or even superamphiphobic surface. Based on the analysis of a large number of research articles, the preparation and application progress in fluoropolymer emulsion were summarized.

We propose a 'remote switch' for Schrödinger's cat state (SCS). Resorting to nonlocal correlations, we demonstrate that an approximate SCS can be heralded at one mode of an Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen entangled state, via a conditional 'hybrid projective measurement' (HPM) performed on the other one mode. The HPM is able to fully manipulate both size and parity of the generated SCS.

Objective: To identify epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations in lung adenocarcinoma based on F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT radiomics and clinical features and to distinguish EGFR exon 19 deletion (19 del) and exon 21 L858R missense (21 L858R) mutations using FDG PET/CT radiomics.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 179 patients with lung adenocarcinoma. They were randomly assigned to training (n = 125) and testing (n = 54) cohorts in a 7:3 ratio.
The integrin alpha(α)v beta(β)3 receptor is ubiquitous in malignant tumors and has a certain level of specificity for tumors. Technetium-99m hydrazinonicotinamide-dimeric cyclic arginyl-glycyl-aspartic acid peptide with three polyethylene glycol spacers (Tc-3PRGD) can bind specifically to the integrin αvβ3 receptor with high selectivity and strong affinity. Thus, it can specifically mark tumors and regions with angiogenesis for tumor detection and be used in single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging.
