HIV/AIDS-Targeted Quality of Life (HAT-QOL) is an instrument for evaluating health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in people living with HIV (PLWHIV). This has been adapted into Brazilian Portuguese, but its dimensional structure has not been analyzed. This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the Brazilian Portuguese version of the HAT-QOL, using a sample of 319 PLWHIV in Salvador, Brazil.
