- This study investigated whether foot posture and ankle dorsiflexion are modifiable risk factors for developing Achilles tendinopathy (AT) and plantar fasciitis (PF) among active individuals.*

- Results showed that abnormal foot posture, particularly hyperpronation, significantly increased the risk of both injuries, whereas decreased ankle dorsiflexion was not a contributing factor.*
