In this study, we report the metabolic profiling of several previously uncharacterized Passiflora species native to Brazil, employing molecular networks to delve deeper into chemical constituents. Using the GNPS platform, in silico tools, and substructure annotation techniques, we expanded the chemical annotations. Principal Coordinate Analysis (PCoA) revealed significant metabolic similarities between several species, including P.

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the leading causes of skin and soft tissue infections worldwide. This microorganism has a wide range of antibiotics resistance, a fact that has made the treatment of infections caused by MRSA difficult. In this sense, antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) with natural products has emerged as a good alternative in combating infections caused by antibiotic-resistant microorganisms.

The ME was selected from a phase diagram, selecting a composition based on Tween® 80 (52 %), myristate isopropyl (28 %), and the aqueous phase (water and polyethylene glycol 400, 60:40 w/w) (20 %), which was after replaced by CH and herbal medicines (HM).

The chemistry of the stingless bee-plant symbiosis is a complex and not completely understood phenomenon. Here, we combined untargeted tandem mass spectrometry, molecular networking, and multivariate statistical analysis to investigate the chemical diversity in colonies of the stingless bee .

(Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae) is an olygophagous insect herbivore, which mainly uses host plants of Heliantheae tribe (Asteraceae). Herein, plant-insect interaction between (Heliantheae) and was investigated by means of untargeted LC-MS/MS based metabolomics and molecular networking, which aims to explore its inherent chemical diversity.

This work describes the seasonal variation of metabolites of polar extracts of carvone and linalool chemotypes, identified by GC-MS analyses of the essential oils. A methodology was elaborated in order to obtain a seasonal variation in the chemical composition of leaf employing HPLC-DAD.
