Background: Video content has become an increasingly valuable tool in medical education, particularly for teaching hands-on skills like sonography and clinical examination. This study evaluates the satisfaction and content of sonography and clinical examination videos on the AMBOSS platform, a prominent medical education resource in Germany.

Objective: The goal of this study was to compare how effective and well-received sonography and clinical examination videos are on the AMBOSS platform.

An international multicentre randomised controlled trial of en bloc resection of bladder tumour vs conventional transurethral resection of bladder tumour: first results of the en bloc resection of urothelium carcinoma of the bladder (EBRUC) II trial.

The repeated expansion of East Asian steppe cultures was a key driver of Eurasian history, forging new social, economic, and biological links across the continent. Climate has been suggested as important driver of these poorly understood cultural expansions, but paleoclimate records from the Mongolian Plateau often suffer from poor age control or ambiguous proxy interpretation. In Situ Thermometry of Fermionic Cold-Atom Quantum Wires.

We study ensembles of fermionic cold-atom quantum wires with tunable transverse mode population and single-wire resolution. From in situ density profiles, we determine the temperature of the atomic wires in the weakly interacting limit and reconstruct the underlying potential landscape. By varying atom number and temperature, we control the occupation of the transverse modes and study the 1D-3D crossover.

Discrepancy between German S3 Guideline Recommendations and Daily Urologic Practice in the Management of Nonmuscle Invasive Bladder Cancer: Results of a Binational Survey.

Transport of strongly interacting fermions is crucial for the properties of modern materials, nuclear fission, the merging of neutron stars, and the expansion of the early Universe. Here, we observe a universal quantum limit of diffusivity in a homogeneous, strongly interacting atomic Fermi gas by studying sound propagation and its attenuation through the coupled transport of momentum and heat. In the normal state, the sound diffusivity D monotonically decreases upon lowering the temperature, in contrast to the diverging behavior of weakly interacting Fermi liquids.

Bicentric Retrospective Analysis of en Bloc Resection and Muscularis Mucosae Detection Rate in Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Tumors: A Real-World Scenario.

Introduction: For risk stratification of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), the depth of stromal invasion can be further classified, where the lamina muscularis mucosae (MM) serves as a reference structure.
