PurposeTo describe the frequency and nature of differences in variant classifications between clinicians and genetic testing laboratories.MethodsRetrospective review of variants identified through genetic testing ordered in routine clinical care by clinicians in the Stanford Center for Inherited Cardiovascular Disease.
